At Metalyx (metalyx.site), all products are made on demand. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, as it explains when returns or refunds are applicable.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No General Returns

  • Metalyx does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, dislike of design, or incorrect size selection.

  • Since our metal posters are printed specifically for each order, all sales are considered final.

2. Eligible Cases for Return or Refund

Returns or refunds are only accepted in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received the wrong item or wrong design

3. Reporting an Issue

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

  • Complaints reported after 48 hours will not be entertained.

4. Resolution Process

If your claim is approved, Metalyx may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the product (preferred option)

  • Store credit for future purchases

  • Refund (only in rare cases and at Metalyx’s discretion)

Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method or an agreed alternative.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Minor color, brightness, or finish variations

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

  • Customer refusal to accept the order at delivery

  • Failure to collect the order from the courier

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders that are refused at delivery are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

  • Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders may be restricted from placing future COD orders.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • In case of an approved replacement due to our error, Metalyx will bear the shipping cost.
