  • All products displayed on Metalyx are metal posters printed using high-quality sublimation on aluminum sheets.

  • Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual colors, brightness, and finish may slightly vary due to lighting, screen settings, or production batches.

  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, prices, and availability are accurate; however, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors without liability.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in PKR unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and advance payment options (where available).

  • Orders may be cancelled automatically if payment verification fails or if incorrect information is provided.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

  • Metalyx reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

  • Customers cannot cancel customized or made-to-order products once production has started.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan through third-party courier services.

  • Estimated delivery time is provided for reference only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Metalyx is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect addresses or contact details.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Since our products are printed on demand, returns or exchanges are only accepted in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos or videos as proof.

  • No refunds or returns are accepted for:

    • Change of mind

    • Minor color variations

    • Damage caused after delivery

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method or store credit.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD orders that are refused at delivery may result in future COD restrictions for the customer.

  • Repeated fake or refused orders may lead to permanent account blocking.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including designs, images, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Metalyx.

  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or use of our content or designs is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability
