  • Customized or bulk orders may require additional processing time.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 working days after order confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

    • City or remote location

    • Courier company operations

    • Weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances

4. Shipping Charges

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please record a video while opening it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims without proof may not be accepted.
